Standard Weather Policy
If rain is in the forecast, the captain monitors radar in real-time (available within 2 hours of departure). If weather requires the captain to postpone your charter, rescheduling is complimentary—simply select any available charter of equal or lesser value within the same calendar year. Refunds are not available under the standard policy.
Rain Means Reschedule
The outdoor deck is the primary entertaining space, and rain significantly impacts the experience quality. We do not force you to go out in the rain. Your rescheduled charter will be just as beautiful, but under better conditions.
